Privacy policy

Last updated:

Rapport collects no data or telemetry.

Liddell Works does not collect or receive your recordings, transcripts, people, meeting notes, location or usage data through Rapport. The app has no analytics, advertising or tracking, and the developer does not sell your information.

Where your information lives

Rapport helps you remember the people you meet by turning voice notes into people, meeting notes and follow-ups.

Processing and optional Apple services

Speech recognition transcribes your voice notes on your iPhone. Apple Intelligence suggests people, facts and follow-ups on your iPhone. The current release does not use Private Cloud Compute.

If you allow location access, Apple Maps processes the recording’s coordinates to return a readable place name, which is saved with the meeting. If you use iCloud sync, saved records are stored in your private iCloud account. These Apple services are subject to Apple’s privacy policy; they do not send your information to Liddell Works.

Permissions you control

You can refuse permissions or change them in your iPhone’s Settings app.

Your choices

You can edit or delete people, meetings and follow-ups, and add, mark outdated or delete facts. Editing an existing fact’s text is not currently supported.

Rapport can export saved records and suggestions waiting for review as a JSON file. Audio recordings and settings are excluded. Importing or restoring an export is not currently supported.

Deleting the app removes its data from your device. Synced iCloud data must be managed separately through your iCloud storage settings.
